We had a delightful stay at the resort, where the breathtaking views and beautiful surroundings truly stood out. The friendly staff were a highlight, providing excellent service. However, while the value for money was decent, the room we booked fell short of our expectations due to its size and outdated furnishings. Overall, the experience was memorable, especially thanks to the stunning outdoor spaces and various amenities.

I had an unforgettable experience at this resort! The staff was incredible, always smiling and ready to assist. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring local crafts which added a charming touch. Dining was fabulous with a wide variety of delicious dishes, especially the seafood. Although everything was nearly perfect, the exit treatment could use a little more anticipation to make the departure as memorable as the stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Our stay at Lake Kumarakom was nothing short of extraordinary! The unique blend of cultural immersion and natural beauty really set this resort apart. The rooms offered a charming, rustic vibe with open-air bathrooms, although they were slightly smaller than we expected, especially for a family. The staff here is genuinely warm and welcoming, and seeing their long-term dedication to the resort creates a wonderful atmosphere. The only downside was the occasional insects during dinner, but that was easily overlooked with everything else this place has to offer.
